(More customer reviews)This is a sturdy little critter. I purchased it for riding at State Parks, which my wife, son and I often enjoy doing on weekends. I was doubtful at first: the price is somewhat scary. However, upon receiving the item, I noticed the construction and quality are unmatched... this is aluminum built and provides all necessary accesories, including two different screw threads for the camera mount. Only word of caution: when riding on dirt trails, even with good suspension on my Trek 55 liquid, the camera shakes and I fear for the integrity of its lens ans stabilization system... so you might want to consider buying this either if you have a sturdy vibration-proof camera, or else plan to ride mosty on asphalt/cement (road). ...then again, maybe I'm just being paranoic. The item is of a fine quality of construction and I would definitely purchase again. Needless to say, there are not many options (other than dedicated cams they'll sell for your helmet, etc) which can securely fasten your cam to the bike. I did have to but -however- a ballhead support. The combination works great.
