(More customer reviews)This product's design leaves much to be desired, particularly the grand difficulty of actually MOUNTING the thing to your wall. In fact, that
is the main problem. It comes with mounting hardware that is a nightmare to work with, unless you have quite an abundance of tools, perhaps. The instructions are a hopelessly funny, yet exasperating, "translation"
of Chinese to English, and correspondingly make very little sense.

The screws are actually not screws at all, but bolts...so forget about use of a standard screwdriver as there is no slot. They come with flimsy little things, poor molly-bolt imitations, that are supposed to expand in drywall but don't do the job, so this product sags right over. (I did it correctly, by the way.)

To make this thing work, it is now obvious I'm going to have to visit my local hardware store and buy additional parts, as the mounting gear it came with was hopelessly inadequate. Buy this product...and you will endure quite a headache.
