(More customer reviews)This stand is a real beast.I was a little concerned at first buying a monitor mount for my 24", 18 lbs. monitor since all it takes is one flimsy arm to destroy an expensive monitor.But after taking it out of the box and feeling the weight of it in my hands, I became confident that it was up to the task.This mount does a great job of holding my monitor steady even as I type.The dual arm is great since I can swing it out wide if I need to share the monitor with someone else.
The sturdiness comes at the cost of adjustability.While it is easy enough to swing the arms back and forth, you need tools (provided) to adjust angling the monitor up and down.You also need to put in a lot of muscle to adjust the height so don't plan on it being something you will do regularly.
All and all, I'm happy with this purchase.I can't imagine what spending another few hundred dollars for other mounts would get you.
