(More customer reviews)these work well, but you need to be more than two feet away from the receiver when programming it.i was programming the receiver and only holding it 6 inches away, and couldn't get it to work.scoured the web for the company's phone number, and called a grumpy tech-support guy who explained the "two feet" rule.once i did that, it worked fine.
