(More customer reviews)We have a number of these in our lab and use them to make ad-hoc equipment setups (we do have the older version, the Pro Stand 244/PA18, which appears to have a slightly different camera mount). When combined with a super clamp, you can mount all kinds of equipment on to all kinds of other equipment. It sounds vague, but that's the whole point: this device is quite versatile. We have used them to mount cameras, screens, and lights.
