I first got a Stroboframe PRO-T bracket for my Canon EOS 20D with the BGE2 battery extended grip. I mount the camera to the bracket and started shooting. I noticed it twisted no matter how much I tighten the screw on the bottom. I afraid it might messed up my camera screw socket, I bought this Anti-twist 300-BE1.
This plate works so well. Now no more twist. No more messed up on my camera socket.Each anti-twist plate works specific to each brand of camera. This one is for Canon EOS cameras. If you have a Nikon, get the one that's fits the Nikon. Highly recommended.
