(More customer reviews)I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on macro brackets and thought I'd try this out. I like it, so far. It feels solid and well built, and the arms articulate for nearly limitless positioning options. But if you are looking for something to hold your big 580 EXII or SB 900, this isn't it. My 580 EXII is a smidge too heavy for the articulating arms of this piece of equipment. But for smaller flashes, especially LED video lights, this is great.
I had to spend some time searching for macro brackets to find this item -- it was several pages deep in the Amazon search results. Too bad; I think plenty of macro photography wannabe's would get some good use out of this thing.
