(More customer reviews)I was really pleased to find this package.Your local camera shop is great and all but this would have cost a fortune at the camera shop I normally go to (I went in and did a price check on everything before ordering online).
I won't be attaching the paperboard bounce that came in the package because I already own a Sto-Fen omni-bounce (from my old 580ex, RIP).I would suggest that anyone who is ordering this package order the omni-bounce as well.
Edit:While I was shooting a wedding the flash stopped working right as I was about to take a picture of the groom adjusting the bride's father's tie.The camera locked up (ETTL changed to TTL and the flash wouldn't go off) and I missed the picture.flash worked again later but continued to lock up the camera at critical moments. When I got home I searched for the cause of the problem and found most people pointing their finger at the cord.If you go to the page where the included cord is being sold, you'll find a number of reviews complaining of the same problem. The speedlite does not fit onto the cord properly (has to be forced into the locking position) and even when tightened, the other end will slip off the hotshoe if you happen to bump it with your forehead. This is still a great package, but Cameta really needs to include a cord that works with the 580ex ii better.
