(More customer reviews)I ordered this product to be used with a Canon 20d and a 580ex flash.I can not get a good picture with it.The attachments are flimsy and clumsy.All pictures I have taken with it are slow to flash and the pictures have turned out almost pure white.Also, I see no way to use this with the camera and a tripod.The instructions are very minimal to say the least.Of course, at 5:00 on Friday night support could not be reached for help and I was hoping to use for a photo shoot on Sunday.Terrible service!
