(More customer reviews)I purchased this flash bracket at an area camera store... factory sealed.There is no way to mount Nikon SB series speedlights unless you are willing to give up TTL flash!Only a pc cord works because the unit comes with a flash shoe (perfect for Vivitar 283 units from the 1970's!!), not a mounting screw.TTL synch cords hook up to your camera via hot shoe ONLY! The other end mounts to a bracket via a screw... then you can mount your TTL flash unit to the hot shoe you've attached to the flash bracket. No can do with this 1970's retro engineered bracket!Without having a hot shoe mounted to the bracket, the only way a flash unit can be connected to your camera is by use of a simple pc cord!I returned mine to the dealer within hours after discovering there's no way this will work with any Nikon DSLR camera built after 1994!I informed the dealer that this bracket must have been designed at least 20 years ago!DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ANTIQUE CAMERA!
