(More customer reviews)This is a really nice item.It is lighter then any flash you would put into the shoe on top of your camera.The color temperature is very good.No red eye.Good for video as well as stills (It will mount om most Sony video cameras, but I can't tell you for other brands).The battery runs it for quite a long time (over an hour) and spare batteries are inexpensive. If you are doing sports go back to the flash.The flash gives you a picture that stops motion.This device may get you a blur if there is very rapid movement.Over all I highly recommend it.
