This is the first time that I have purchased a flash bracket and did a considerable amount of research into the different types and varieties. After reading many reviews and weighing in the cost factor, I decided that RPS was the way to go. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money and buying the "Tilt" version. In the few weeks that I have been using it, I have spent half of my time taking vertical pictures and half horizontal. Being able to move the camera and keep the flash on top has been invaluable. Other positive aspects of the Flash bracket are:
1) Able to adjust the height of the flash
2) Able to use the flash pointing down for macro work
3) Bracket is mountable to a tripod
4) Lightweight
5) Fairly easy to assemble

Now for the things that could use improvement:

1) The decals with the name of the company came off with the 1st hour. It made me wonder how cheap the rest of the unit was going to be. Now when people ask what brand it is, I don't always remember and have nothing that I can look at to remind me.
2) Bracket is a little unstable when using a medium (Canon - 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6) to largish (Canon 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 with an extension tube for macro work) lens. I feel like the camera slightly sags (a degree or two) away from the flash pole (not forward). It does not feel like it is going to break, I just have to compensate for it some times.
3) Bracket plate is easy to get on the camera but not on the bracket. I often struggle for a second or two trying to get it on. Getting it off is easy. Maybe after a few months after some use with it I will feel differently.
4) Thumb trigger comes unscrewed. I keep tightening the screw down, but it comes loose. I need to add a touch of fingernail polish to make it stay (A trick we use with musical instruments to make a screw stay without hurting either the screw or the instrument)
5) Better instruction booklet. They assume you have already used one of these before. After I fumbled around for some time and assembled it mostly without the aid of the "instruction" page (pretty useless), I have discovered that I now can assemble/take apart the device in just a few seconds.

My overall impression of the bracket:
5 stars for appearance
4 stars for comfort
3 stars for quality (but hey, you get what you pay for)

If you don't have the money for a high-end bracket flash (like I didn't), then I would recommend this one.
