(More customer reviews)I needed a comm2 port cable and connector to add to my new computer build. Yes, I still have an old serial port device. Then I found this cable/connector paired with a LPT cable and connector on one slot plate. It was perfect. The price was right. I ordered it. They must have shipped it just as I ordered it, because it arrived within 4 days with normal shipping rates. I installed the part and fired up the computer. The cable for comm2 didn't work. The LPT port worked fine. I sent an email to the company and waited. Meanwhile, I troubleshot it down to a bad cable connector. I replaced it and my device worked okay. The comapany sent me a email to ask for the pin arrangement on my motherboard and to compair it to their model plans. They didn't match. I told them what I found and asked for a new connector. They refunded $2 of the $9 price. I'm happy.
