(More customer reviews)I am using this with a 22in HP monitor (heavy thing, too) which I occasionally took on location for meetups, so it was Great to be able to lift it out of the Ergotron 45-174-300 Neo-Flex LCD Arm-Extension Grommet Desk Mount, quickly, so I could reattach the monitor's base, and go. The only limiting factor in my usage this way is the weight of the Monitor --NOT any feature of this item. I experience full satisfaction from this quick Release LCD Bracket.
