(More customer reviews)Id First like to say that I was very sceptical at buying such an under reviewed and under priced piece of photography equipment. That being said I was taking a leap of faith on a company I knew nothing about.
To start, the customer service is very fast and pleasant. I had troubles with my shipping address and all details were corrected with haste after a quick email back and forth.
Now for the quality. this Softbox was constructed very well and I have little doubt that I will notget atleast few good years out of this product. the L bracket is solid and so is the ball joint. The entire package folds down though I still haven't experimented with closing it down fully *I'm afraid my dumb self well end up breaking it* so be warned its not the easiest thing to take collapse down but I do not see it as a problem as I like to have it folded flat and tucked into my bag, not using the case supplied with it.
for 40$ this is a great product and relatively large, great for portraits of tabletop.
Please do no hesitate like I did, take a leap of faith and give cowboy studio's a chance, I promises you will not be disappointed.
